Dangers of Vaping – Are They Much like Conventional Cigarettes?
The medical dangers of vaping aren’t known at all. Children are actually showing a heightened fascination with trying Vaporized cannabis as well, according to a study published in-may 2021 in the peer-reviewed Journal of Adolescent Health. This study was done by the National Institute of Mental Health, which is a government agency within the united states Department of Education. Researchers examined the smoking behaviors of twenty-three children, including ten who smoked cigarettes regularly and fifteen who didn’t smoke at all. It had been found that even children who have been only occasional marijuana smokers were ready to try vaporizing cannabis. Interestingly, this study didn’t look at the long-term ramifications of E-Cigs on these children’s long-term smoking habits, only their short-term ones.
Overall, it appears that the dangers of E-Cigs are virtually exactly what you might expect from combustible using tobacco. The only real difference is that rather than inhaling toxic gases, smoke is created in an E-Cig, rather than blowing out of a normal cigarette. Even in this case, though, the dangers of E-Cigs are still considerably significantly less than cigarettes, especially considering that teens have already demonstrated a massive interest in tinkering with vaporized foods, candy, and chocolate.
